Patients book a visit from a branded web or mobile portal, complete digital intake, join the consultation via in-browser video, receive a prescription if needed and pay through their chosen method. Clinicians work from a unified dashboard that pulls patient history from your EHR, captures structured notes, generates the prescription and writes everything back at the end of the session.
The platform handles the unglamorous parts too — appointment reminders, no-show fees, insurance pre-auth checks, and audit logs that satisfy compliance reviews.
