The problem we set out to solve.

Merchants selling across multiple Southeast Asian marketplaces had no unified control centre — managing products, inventory and orders on eBay, Lazada and Shopee separately was time-consuming, error-prone and left them with no consolidated view of sales performance or trending product intelligence for dropshipping decisions.

Our Approach

How we approached it.

The right shape was an ERP-style control plane sitting in front of three marketplace APIs, with import paths that matched how dropshippers actually source — CSVs and a custom Chrome extension. We designed the data model around products, listings and orders so inventory and analytics could be unified cleanly downstream.

What We Built

The features that made it work.

We built a PHP backend with MySQL powering a central merchant portal where sellers can import products via CSV or a custom Chrome extension and push listings to eBay, Lazada and Shopee simultaneously. Real-time inventory sync runs across all marketplaces, orders are automatically captured when listed items are purchased, and a full analytics layer surfaces total sales, average order value, total orders and trending-product insights for dropshipping merchants.
