The Challenge

The problem we set out to solve.

The client's sales were largely dependent on Teachers Pay Teachers, a third-party marketplace, with no standalone owned store to build her brand or retain customer relationships. Her existing WordPress site needed a seamless migration to Shopify without disrupting her catalogue or losing product data.

Our Approach

How we approached it.

The strategic point of the project was ownership — moving the creator off marketplace dependency without breaking the catalogue. We analysed the WordPress setup first, then designed a migration plan that preserved every listing and added the integrations needed for an owned-storefront-first model.

What We Built

The features that made it work.

We analysed the client's existing WordPress setup and designed a tailored WordPress-to-Shopify migration strategy, safely exporting and transferring all product data so every listing was accurately recreated on Shopify. A Shopify-WordPress integration supported the transition, and the new store was configured as the primary owned channel for all future product sales.
