The client needed more than a standard e-commerce store — they required a digital-first brand experience that would resonate with health-conscious families, drive subscriptions and offer a genuinely personalised meal-planning feature that set them apart from generic food-delivery competitors.
The work was as much brand engineering as e-commerce engineering. We treated the Shopify theme as a design surface for the brand's mission and the personalisation tool as a conversion engine, scoping both in parallel so the launch experience felt joined-up rather than bolted-together.
