Hyperlocal Discovery
Tap-driven browsing of grocery stores and restaurants by proximity.
A modern hyperlocal mobile platform built for an Indian commerce startup โ connecting users with nearby grocery stores and restaurants for on-demand ordering, with a zero-website digital storefront for local businesses to publish offers and reach more customers.
What the work moved โ the proof points that came out of the build.
Local grocery stores and restaurants in tier-2 and tier-3 markets lacked any digital presence or ordering capability, forcing customers back to phone calls or physical visits. Small businesses had no affordable, ready-to-use channel to promote offers or manage local reach without building or maintaining a website.
Two audiences, two products in one platform. We scoped a consumer-facing mobile experience optimised for fast tap-driven discovery, alongside a deliberately lightweight business-side module so merchants with no technical background could list offers in minutes.
We designed and developed a consumer-facing mobile app enabling fast discovery and ordering from nearby stores and restaurants with a tap-driven experience. A lightweight merchant module lets local businesses list services, publish promotions and manage visibility โ entirely without needing a website or technical knowledge.
